Welcome to Elite Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Elite Aesthetics is a licensed medical spa offering a variety of non-invasive aesthetic services, including but not limited to body sculpting, skin tightening, and facial treatments. All services are performed by trained professionals and are designed for cosmetic enhancement only.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All services provided at Elite Aesthetics are elective and for aesthetic purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Clients must disclose all relevant medical history and current medications prior to treatment. Results vary by individual and no outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Consultations & Messaging

Some treatments may require a consultation prior to booking. During this consultation, we will evaluate your medical history, treatment goals, and determine your eligibility. Elite Aesthetics reserves the right to deny service if it is not medically appropriate or safe.

By booking an appointment or submitting your information, you agree to receive communications from Elite Aesthetics via email, phone, and SMS/text messages. These messages may include appointment reminders, follow-ups, promotional offers, and important updates related to your care or account.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You can opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying “STOP.”

  • For help, reply “HELP” or contact us directly.

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve your session.

  • Cancellations: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule in order to ensure sufficient time for their treatment.

5. Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or credited toward other services at the discretion of management.

6. Refunds

Elite Aesthetics does not offer refunds on services rendered, prepaid packages, deposits, or gift cards. In some cases, unused sessions from packages may be exchanged for store credit or applied to alternate treatments. All exchanges must be approved by management.

7. Results

Results from aesthetic treatments vary based on individual factors including skin type, body composition, lifestyle habits, and adherence to aftercare protocols. While we strive to provide optimal results, no guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical and personal information.

  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

  • Communicate concerns or changes in health status.

  • Treat staff and other clients with respect.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in cancellation of services or refusal of future appointments.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws. Information collected during the intake process is used solely for the purpose of delivering safe and effective services.

10. Changes to Terms

Elite Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
